- Shipping Process
We understand how important information about your pregnancy can be. Our team works diligently to make sure you receive your at-home kit quickly. We ask for 1-3 business days to process and fulfill your order. Once your package has been fulfilled, we’ll send you an email confirming your tracking number.
As soon as we receive your kit, our lab will begin to process and test your collection sample. Results will typically be available within just 72 hours. These results and additional order and shipping updates will all be available through your MyJuno account.
At JunoDx, we pride ourselves on delivering quality, at-home test kits right to your door. Given the delicate nature of the medical supplies contained within such kits, we’re unable to accept returns. Should you no longer wish to use your kit, please dispose of the box as soon as possible.
If you request a refund before your package ships, we’ll be able to issue you a full refund. Please note, we work to process orders very quickly! Contact our Customer Care Team ASAP to cancel your order without facing any potential fees.
If you request a refund after your package ships but within 30 days after the date of delivery, we’ll process your refund and charge a $30 fee covering the costs of shipping, handling, and processing.
Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days from the date of delivery.
