At Juno, we pride ourselves on providing patients with a heightened level of personal care and assistance. We’ll walk you through each step of the at-home sample collection process over a required 15 – 30-minute Zoom call. As we guide you through the Juno collection process, a member of our all-star Customer Care team will be there to answer your questions and ensure your sample is of the highest quality to generate a result that meets our greater than 99% sensitivity and specificity.
