Important steps before you begin

We’re so happy to welcome you to our growing community as we look to provide a higher level of prenatal care through affordability, accessibility, and transparency. Before you begin to collect your sample, we ask that you take just a moment to review the following important steps below. 

STEP 1: LOG IN

Register myJuno Account

To create your myJuno, please click below and enter the provided temporary login information into the email and password fields*. Once logged in, you’re going to want to update the current account-associated email to your personal email address and finally verify that new email to complete your registration!

*NOTE: Temporary login information only applicable for orders purchased through Amazon.

STEP 2: UPDATE NOTIFICATION

Update your contact info

After registering your myJuno account, you’ll need to change the temporary account email to your personal email address as soon as possible. Once logged into your myJuno account, click on the profile icon found in the right-hand corner of the portal. From your profile Personal Information, scroll down to Email Address, update the address, and simply verify that new email. 

We’ll be sending important order updates, lab progress reports, and result notifications straight to your inbox! 

STEP 3: SCHEDULING

Schedule Sample Collection Zoom Call

At Juno, we pride ourselves on providing patients with a heightened level of personal care and assistance. We’ll walk you through each step of the at-home sample collection process over a required 15 – 30-minute Zoom call. As we guide you through the Juno collection process, a member of our all-star Customer Care team will be there to answer your questions and ensure your sample is of the highest quality to generate a result that meets our greater than 99% accuracy rate.

You can schedule this required Sample Collection Zoom Call through your myJuno account! Should you need assistance scheduling your appointment, or if you find that the available appointment time slots don’t work with your schedule, please contact us. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you!  

STEP 4: ACTIVATION

Activating your Kit

Activating your kit is an important step that best allows us to track and process your sample in our lab. Please consult your Instruction Pamphlet for further kit activation details or click below.
