- 1/2 cup of ginger beer or ginger ale
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh mint
- 1-2 limes
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Add ice to a mixing glass
- Squeeze in limes
- Tear off 5-7 mint leaves and add
- Pour in ginger drink and sparkling water
- Add in an optional drop of green food coloring
- Mix, mix, mix
- Strain mixture into a glass of your choosing. Add in a lime wedge and mint for garnish. Enjoy!
